Creative Writing (drop in) BIG SMOKE class/workshop

Creative Writing (drop in)

Our new creative writing drop-in class consists of hour-long sessions which can be paid for as-you-go. They're ideal for anyone looking for a short, intense kick-start in a particular topic, and are suitable for beginners as well as writers with experience.
Each session is self-contained, and includes in-class writing exercises, discussion of a particular aspect of writing (e.g. characterisation, sensory details), and handouts to take away. (The nature of this course means that unlike most creative writing courses, there will not be the opportunity to workshop your pieces.)
The drop-in class currently runs Wednesdays 6.30-7.30pm. The fee per class is €15 and can be paid in cash or cheque on the day. Places are allocated on a first-come first-served basis and classes begin promptly at 6.30pm (aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before this).
