The Stinging Fly Summer 2013 Issue



Our summer issue is dedicated to literary translation, and features contemporary fiction from Belgium, Italy, China, Rwanda, Poland, Ukraine, Morocco, Greece, The Netherlands, Spain, Austria, Brazil, and Finland — as well as interviews and essays from prominent authors and translators.

Please join us next Thursday night — July 18 — for its official launch.

When: Thursday, 18 July, 6:30pm
Where: The Long Room Hub (Trinity College), near the Nassau Street entrance.
There'll be readings from several of the translators who contributed to the issue. Entry is free and all are welcome.
You can purchase the issue from our website, at the launch itself, or from any good bookshop.

The issue is co-edited by Declan Meade and Nora Mahony of Parkbench Publishing Services. It was supported by Dublin UNESCO City of Literature.
